Digital Design License – Single Canva Frame Alpha

This listing is for a DIGITAL DESIGN LICENSE ONLY. A Canva Frame Alpha is NOT included and must be purchased separately.

This license gives you permission to use ONE Morgan Day Designs Canva Frame Alpha that you have purchased to create and sell standalone words, names, sayings, or lettering as digital PNG files.

One license is required for each Canva Frame Alpha you wish to use to create and sell standalone digital lettering.

IMPORTANT: Please enter the Alpha ID you are licensing in the Notes to Seller at checkout.

WHAT THIS LICENSE ALLOWS:

✔️ Use ONE purchased Morgan Day Designs Canva Frame Alpha to create standalone words, names, sayings, and lettering for digital resale

✔️ Fill the Canva Frames with your own patterns, prints, textures, colors, or other design elements

✔️ Sell completed words, names, sayings, or lettering as flattened digital PNG files

✔️ Create and sell multiple standalone word or lettering designs using the one Canva Frame Alpha covered by this license

REQUIREMENTS:

• This license covers ONE Canva Frame Alpha only.
• You must purchase and own the corresponding Morgan Day Designs Canva Frame Alpha separately.
• The Canva Frames must be used to create completed words, names, sayings, or lettering.
• Finished digital files must be flattened and may not contain editable Morgan Day Designs Canva Frames.
• Your customers must not be able to extract, access, edit, or reuse the original Morgan Day Designs Canva Frames from your finished files.

NOT ALLOWED:

❌ Creating or selling complete digital alpha/alphabet sets — an Alpha Creation License is required for this use

❌ Selling individual filled letters as standalone digital elements

❌ Selling blank or unfilled Canva Frames

❌ Using one license for multiple Morgan Day Designs Canva Frame Alphas

❌ Reselling, sharing, gifting, or redistributing the original Canva Frames

❌ Sharing or selling the original Canva template or template link

❌ Selling the Canva Frames as your own

❌ Providing the original Canva Frames in an editable or extractable format

❌ Transferring or sharing your license with another person or business

ALPHA ID & LICENSE INFORMATION:

One $10 license = ONE Canva Frame Alpha.

Each Morgan Day Designs Canva Frame Alpha has its own Alpha ID (example: MDD-A01).

When purchasing this license, enter the Alpha ID you are licensing in the Notes to Seller at checkout.

If you want to create and sell standalone digital words or lettering using more than one Morgan Day Designs Canva Frame Alpha, you must purchase one Digital Design License for each Alpha ID.

Example: If you want to create and sell standalone words or lettering using MDD-A01 and MDD-A02, purchase a quantity of 2 Digital Design Licenses and enter MDD-A01, MDD-A02 in the Notes to Seller at checkout.

This license does not include the Canva Frame Alpha itself. The corresponding Canva Frame Alpha must be purchased separately.

WHICH LICENSE DO I NEED?

The Digital Design License is for customers who want to use a Morgan Day Designs Canva Frame Alpha to create and sell standalone words, names, sayings, or lettering as digital PNG files.

Example: You use a Canva Frame Alpha to create the word “MAMA,” flatten the completed lettering, and sell “MAMA” by itself as a digital PNG. You need the Digital Design License.

No additional license is required when words or lettering created with a Canva Frame Alpha are incorporated into your own larger, completed PNG design for resale.

Example: You create the word “MAMA” with the Canva Frame Alpha and incorporate it into a larger completed design with additional graphics, text, clipart, or other design elements. You may sell that completed, flattened PNG design without purchasing this additional license.

If you want to create and sell complete digital alpha/alphabet sets, you will need the separate Alpha Creation License instead.

REFUNDS & DISCOUNTS:

Due to the digital nature of this license, all sales are final and non-refundable.
