Custom Design Rules

Please read before purchasing.

• Custom designs have a turnaround time of 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

• Due to the personalized nature of custom designs, no refunds will be given once work has begun.

• Please provide all customization details when placing your order. This includes names, mascots, colors, wording, or any other information required for the design.

• Orders submitted without the required customization information may be delayed or canceled at the discretion of Morgan Day Designs.

• Please double-check all spelling and details before submitting your order. If incorrect information is provided by the customer, a new custom order may be required, and the turnaround time will restart.

• Please verify your email address before completing checkout. Custom designs will be sent to the email address used when placing your order. If an incorrect email address is entered, delivery delays may occur.

• Custom files are for the purchaser only and may not be shared, gifted, traded, resold, or distributed as digital files.

• Custom designs are created specifically for you and may not be added to the regular shop unless otherwise stated.
