How do I download my files after purchase?
Once payment is processed you can instantly download your zip file in two ways;
- a direct download link after the order is completed
- an email with a link to the download after fulfillment
Will I receive anything in the mail?
No, I sell instant downloads and nothing will be shipped to you.
Are your files commercial use friendly?
Glad you asked! My files are 100% unlimited commercial use friendly. What does this mean? You can use my files to create and sell physical products. This can be in person or online. Commercial and Personal Use.
Do I need to purchase a commercial license?
No, the commercial license is already factored into the price of each design. The best part is.. that the license is unlimited, so you can create as many products with each design without having to purchase an extended commercial license.
What can I NOT do with your designs?
It's very simple, you can NOT:
- resale or claim the design as your own
- sell any of my designs in any digital format
- share or give away any of my designs as freebies

I'm not sure if the file formats offered will work in my software?
Simple..just contact me through the contact page and I will send you one of my free test cut files.
Do you offer other file formats?
If you need a file format other than what is offered with each design contact me with your request.
Can I use your files with my Silhouette Cameo or Cricut Machine?
Yes, if you are using Silhouette Studio Designer Edition then you can use the SVG file, BUT If you are using Silhouette Studio Basic Edition then you will need to use the DXF file. You can use the SVG file in Cricut Design Space. These file formats can not be used in the Cricut Craft Room.
Can I use your files for embroidery?
Yes you can, BUT you you must know how to digitize the file to be able to use with your embroidery machine. I do not offer digitizing. Files purchased for digitizing are at the buyers risk. I can not be held responsible for a file not working during or after the digitizing process.
