PNG Designs & Completed Canva Frame Designs

PNG designs and Canva Frames that contain a completed design may be used to create and sell physical products, including shirts, cups, transfers, fabric printing, cutouts, and other finished physical products.

You MAY:

• Use the design on physical products you create and sell.
  
• Use the design for transfers, fabric printing, and cutouts.
  

You MAY NOT:

• Resell the original design as a digital file.
  
• Share, gift, or redistribute the digital file.
  
• Upload the design to file-sharing groups or make it available for others to download.
  
• Sell or distribute the design as part of another digital bundle or collection.
  

Completed-design Canva Frames are treated the same as PNG designs and are intended for physical product use only.

Clipart & Element Canva Frames

Clipart and Canva Frames containing individual design elements may be used to create your own original designs for physical products and digital PNG designs.

You MAY:

• Use the elements to create and sell physical products.
  
• Use the elements to create your own original digital PNG designs.
  
• Combine the elements with other design elements and text to create a new, finished design.
  

For Digital PNG Sales:

Your finished design must include at least 2–3 additional design elements plus text so that it is clearly transformed into your own original design.

You MAY NOT:

• Resell the original clipart or Canva Frame elements as-is.
  
• Resell or redistribute the elements as clipart.
  
• Create or sell clipart packs using the original elements.
  
• Share, gift, or redistribute the original files.
  
• Make minor changes to an element and resell it as your own.
  
• Include the original files in another digital bundle or collection.
  

Element Canva Frames are treated the same as clipart.

Alpha Sets & Alpha Canva Frames

Alpha Sets and Alpha Canva Frames may be used to create your own original designs for physical products and finished digital designs.

You MAY:

• Use individual letters and characters to create words, names, sayings, and other original designs.
  
• Use your finished designs on physical products you create and sell.
  
• Sell finished digital PNG designs created using the alpha.
  

You MAY NOT:

• Resell the individual alpha letters or characters as-is.
  
• Resell or redistribute the complete Alpha Set or Alpha Canva Frames.
  
• Create and sell another alpha set using the original files.
  
• Share, gift, or redistribute the original files.
  
• Include the original alpha files or Canva Frames in another digital bundle or collection.
  

Alpha Canva Frames are treated the same as Alpha Sets.

Digital Papers & Seamless Patterns

Digital Papers and Seamless Patterns may be used to create your own original designs and finished physical products.

You MAY:

• Use them on physical products you create and sell.
  
• Use them as backgrounds or design elements within your own original designs.
  
• Use them for fabric printing, transfers, cutouts, and other finished physical products.
  
• Use them within a finished digital PNG design when they are incorporated into a new, original design.
  

You MAY NOT:

• Resell the original Digital Paper or Seamless Pattern files as-is.
  
• Resell or redistribute them as digital papers, backgrounds, or seamless patterns.
  
• Create digital paper or seamless pattern bundles using the original files.
  
• Share, gift, or redistribute the original files.
  
• Make minor changes, such as recoloring, cropping, or resizing, and resell them as your own.
  
• Include the original files in another digital bundle or collection.

Procreate Tools

Procreate tools, including stamps, brushes, and coordinating color palettes, may be used to create your own original finished designs.

You MAY:

• Use the tools to create your own original finished artwork and designs.
  
• Use finished designs you create with the tools on physical products you sell.
  
• Sell finished digital PNG designs created using the tools.
  
• Use the included color palettes in your personal and commercial design work.
  

You MAY NOT:

• Resell, share, gift, or redistribute the original Procreate files.
  
• Resell or redistribute the stamps, brushes, or color palettes individually or as a collection.
  
• Use the stamps to create clipart, clipart sets, clipart bundles, or individual design-element files for resale.
  
• Extract, export, or save individual stamped elements for the purpose of selling or distributing them as clipart.
  
• Include the original Procreate files in another digital product, bundle, or download.
  
• Convert the stamps or brushes into another file format for resale or redistribution.
  
• Claim the original Procreate tools or individual stamp artwork as your own.
  

Finished designs created with the tools may be sold. Individual stamp elements and clipart created from the stamps may not be sold or redistributed.

That last part is important because it draws a very clear line:

Finished PNG design = YES

Clipart made from your stamps = NO

Individual stamped element = NO

General Terms & Restrictions

The following terms apply to all Morgan Day Designs digital products unless otherwise stated in the individual product listing.

You MAY NOT:

• Share, gift, trade, copy, or redistribute purchased files.
  
• Upload purchased files to file-sharing groups, drives, websites, or other locations where others can access or download them.
  
• Resell or redistribute the original files in any digital format.
  
• Claim Morgan Day Designs artwork or digital products as your own.
  
• Include the original files in another digital bundle, collection, membership, subscription, or download.
  
• Purchase a product for the purpose of sharing the files with another person or business.
  

PURCHASE & USAGE

Your purchase grants you a license to use the files according to the Terms of Use for that specific product type. Copyright and ownership of the original artwork remain with Morgan Day Designs.

Terms of Use may vary by product type, so please review the appropriate section above before using your files commercially.
