Terms of Service

By purchasing products or memberships from Morgan Day Designs, you agree to our Terms of Service. These terms apply to the purchase of ​all digital products, including memberships, design bundles, courses, and other downloadable content provided by Pamela Morgan-Day ​and Morgan Day Designs. By making a purchase, YOU, the Purchaser, agree to the following terms:

Refunds

All digital products sold by Morgan Day Designs, including memberships, design bundles, and courses, are final and non-refundable. As these ​products are delivered in a digital format and accessible immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds. It is your responsibility to ​access and download the content provided. Failure to do so will not result in a refund.

Membership Renewal & Cancellation

If you subscribe to a membership, such as the Digital Design Club, your membership will automatically renew until canceled. You are ​responsible for canceling your subscription before your renewal date, which is indicated on your receipt. To cancel, please contact us with ​your cancellation request. Allow up to 7 business days for processing. Once your membership expires, access to the membership content will ​no longer be available. Ensure you download any content you wish to retain before canceling your membership. You may cancel your ​membership at any time.

Product File Formats

Morgan Day Designs offers high-quality digital products, including SVG, PNG, and other file formats, suitable for use on physical products. ​Members and customers are expected to understand the file formats provided. Refunds will not be granted due to dissatisfaction with file ​formats.

Right to Refuse Service

Morgan Day Designs reserves the right to refuse service, cancel memberships, and restrict access to our site if our designs or products are ​used in a manner inconsistent with our terms of service. Violations will result in the termination of your membership or access to products ​without a refund.

Licensing

A Member or Customer May:

• Use the designs and products for personal or commercial projects, including creating physical products such as t-shirts, tumblers, transfers, ​and more.
  
• Modify the designs by cropping, changing colors, or overlaying text or other graphics.
  
• Use the designs to promote your own products and services on your website, social media, or in advertisements.
  

A Member or Customer May Not:

• Resell, relicense, sub-license, or redistribute the designs or products without written permission from Morgan Day Designs.
  
• Use the designs or products in any obscene, illegal, or defamatory manner.
  
• Share, copy, duplicate, or reproduce the designs or products for third-party use in any way.
  
• Use the designs or products to create or sell digital products in any form.
• Make the designs or products available for direct download or in a way that allows others to extract them.
  

Summary of Terms and Conditions

Morgan Day Designs provides digital products, including memberships, design bundles, and courses, intended for personal and commercial ​use in creating physical products only. You are permitted to create and sell physical products using our designs, such as t-shirts, tumblers, ​transfers, and more. However, you are not allowed to use our designs to create or sell digital products in any form. This includes, but is not ​limited to, digital downloads, print-on-demand services, or any other digital format.

Morgan Day Designs retains the right to refuse service, cancel memberships, and revoke access to products if terms of use are violated. All ​rights, licenses, and ownership of the designs, products, and content on the Morgan Day Designs site remain with Pamela Morgan-Day and ​Morgan Day Designs.
