Given the electronic nature of our products and services, including but not limited to digital downloads, memberships, courses, and other digital content, we cannot offer refunds. As a customer, you gain immediate access to these resources upon purchase, making it impracticable to initiate refunds or prorations.

Memberships: Should you wish to discontinue your membership, you are free to do so anytime from within your members hub. Please note, though, that even after cancellation, you will maintain access to our digital resources until the conclusion of your current membership period. The membership will then cease to renew. If you have availed of a special membership rate, keep in mind that upon cancellation, this rate may no longer be applicable for future reinstatement.

As buyers or members, you bear the responsibility to download and securely store all purchased materials following the transaction via our website or email. Given the immediate access to our digital products upon purchase, we maintain a policy of no refunds, without exception. This ensures fair use and protects the intellectual property rights of our content.
